The parties

These terms are an agreement between you and Wizz Stack, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, USA, with its business address at 56 Wayne Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302, USA, operating the platform doing business as (DBA) "rezervim". Contact: hello@wizzstack.com.

What rezervim is

rezervim lets you find clinics and book appointments online. Your appointment is an agreement between you and the clinic — rezervim provides no medical services and is not a party to your treatment.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed immediately and you receive a private manage link. Keep it safe: anyone with that link can cancel or change the appointment.

Provide accurate contact details — the clinic uses them to reach you.

If you can't make it, cancel or reschedule as early as you can. Repeated no-shows may limit your use of the service.

Clinics

Clinics are vetted before appearing publicly, but the information in their profiles (prices, services, schedules) is entered by the clinics themselves and may change.

Liability

rezervim is provided by Wizz Stack LLC "as is". We do our best to keep the platform running without interruption, but we are not liable for the quality of medical services, clinic-side cancellations, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Substantial changes are announced on the site. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
