Who operates rezervim

rezervim is operated by Wizz Stack, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, USA, with its business address at 56 Wayne Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302, USA, doing business as (DBA) "rezervim". Throughout this policy, "rezervim", "we" and "the platform" refer to Wizz Stack, LLC.

What we collect

When you book an appointment: your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred language, and the appointment details (clinic, service, date and time, optional note to the clinic).

When a clinic signs up: the clinic's name, city, and staff account details (name, email).

We collect no health data beyond what you choose to write in the optional booking note.

How we use it

To create and manage appointments: the clinic sees your booking so they can receive you. To send you confirmations, reminders, and change notices by email (and in the future WhatsApp).

We never sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Roles: the clinic and rezervim

For your visit data, the clinic you book with is the data controller. rezervim acts as the platform processing this data on behalf of your booking.

Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored in a database in the European Union (Supabase, eu-west-1 region). The site is hosted on Vercel and emails are sent via Resend.

Your booking is visible only to the clinic you booked with and to the platform operator for maintenance.

How long we keep it

Appointments and contact details are kept as long as needed for the service to work and for the clinic's records. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to us and we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The public site uses no tracking cookies. The clinic dashboard uses a single session cookie for staff sign-in.
